    Very Bad behaviour from reception . They don't have minimum dignity how to talk with guests. They must be trained about this . The way of they talking to us it's just rubbish. They don't know how to talk with guests . No Complimentary Tea and Coffee in room. Electric Switch board is in top of bed. risky for a person. Bad and broken Toilet. No WiFi in room. Dirty Towels.

    In our room 218 there was a bichoo 🦂 inside sofa and inside bed also . I first saw bichoo on the sofa then i told the housekeeping staff to take that sofa outside from my room . Then again i saw another bichoo on bed , so i called up the reception n asked to change my room . After some discussion with the reception desk my room my changed to room.So, u should be aware before check in n should check all these things in advance .

    actually it deserves 0 star for its worst service not even worth my money for the stay . Service is worst from Staffs, and Ac not working Fan is giving terrible sound . Totally waste my money on this stay .

    Extremely bad behaviour of staff members. Special mention to Mr. Krishanu Maity for being the most arrogant hotel employee ever. Better to avoid this hotel.

    The stay was amazing, the services provided was just a call away and Prompt, staffs were very well behaved and professional. The rooms were just exceptionally good I wish I could've post the images of well-furnished room with beautiful washroom with Tub but I do have pic of swimming pool at rooftop another best thing about this hotel♥️ I've uploaded it.     property is new bt management was worst i hv seen in my life we asked for king size bed they jst joined two single bed even no complimentary 500ml mineral water in room dirty nd tear linen in room no 101 we hv booked 3 rooms 101/103/104 i hv got room with bath tub bt property is equipped by 2-3 ltr gyser so there is no use of bath tub in winter season they denied to provide TCM ( TEA COFFEE MAKER ) no mosquitoes replenant refill available in property broken ceiling broken mirror in room no 104 u ...more

    Newly constructed hotel. Nice rooms. Had a pleasant stay. One issue I faced was there was internet connectivity was poor for almost all networks. Plus wifi wasn't operational in my floor.
