Rooms were neat and clean but there were no basic amenities like drinking water, toothpaste, soaps and shampoo.

we booked this hotel not even for a night it was more like to reach ooty, freshnup and roam around and leave. so was for just a halt. and this hotel is not even suitable for that. do not book this hotel and waste ur money.
