worst room i have ever seen, receptionist is so rude 😡 Even though after booking AC room they were not ready to give AC room stating it's not updated by us . really worst experience with BNS comfort, later we vacated from there without staying there. worst ever seen. room is full of cigarette smokes, no maintainance at all 😡
