Rude behaviour of the manager at the reception when asked about the complimentary breakfast.
Secondly too many cockroaches in the room

Cons :-
1. Ac was not working even after complaining
2. Toileteries was not provided but only towel on 2nd day
3. Food was just average
4. Room was not cleaned properly
5. Quite away from main road. it was difficult finding the hotel.
Pros :-
1. Nice ambience
2. Warm water for bathing was available
3. Staff was Co-operating

very disappointing stay in this hotel they will ask to additional rs 2000. already paid online booking to goibibo,I have very horrible experience with this hotel reception staff they treated me as a very bad my first experience last 8 years of staying.
