the reception desk, the chef, the person at the entrance was very helpful. they gave us a 2hr late checkout which really helped. the housekeeping staff had to be told again and again to do things, suggest replacements. the bathroom needs an upgrade, looks like the house keeping staff and other helps do not do their jobs responsibly.

the place is right on the electronic city main road and close to so many it giants. it was very convenient to me and their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spreads had good variety. thank you will definitely consider staying there again.

the hotel is very good and a little expensive but worth it , they don't have in house parking i'm sure they have a workaround for that. i just stayed one night so couldn't explore other parts of the hotel.
