Park connect is one of the best budget friendly stay we have been to in Kochi , the maintainence of the rooms , location , the staffs , everything excel expectations. Planned on a single day stay and ending up spending 3 days in the same hotel.
Glad to have found this stay.

it is one of the best hotel experience for me and its in kakkanad , with excellent hospitality form the staff.

on the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a modern design. the staff was also very friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.
however, the one major issue i faced was with the air conditioning. despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the ac didn’t seem to cool the room effectively, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable

stay was good. they provided much better service with reasonable price. one issue i faced was toilet flush wasn't working properly. and i reported it and they said i need to press the flush even stronger.

A wonderful stay and pleasant experience.
I had booked 3 deluxe AC rooms.
It was a bit difficult to locate the hotel, as the approach road was a narrow lane and at a busy road intersection. But there is a more comfortable access road through the shared parking with their parent hotel Park Residency.
Reception - Courteous, humble, helpful staff.
Parking - Adequate at Park Residency parking just adjacently located.
Room - Comfortable and cosy.
Bathroom - Clean, pleasant and hot water supply.

I really loved this hotel at this price range.
Well maintained and clean rooms . There's a mini cool bar inside the room, snacks and cool drinks are available which will cost separate charges.
The bathroom was clean and good ,hot/cold water availed 24 hours. Staff behaviour was nice and friendly
There's a bar near the hotel.
*The lighting could be improved
Overall a great hotel to stay for families and couples.
