fan not working.

it was a bad experience. the hotel has a tie up with other property. when we reached to the hotel they asked us to go to other property as our room was booked somewhere else. there was someone who came with two wheeler to pick my bag. remaining bags i and my old parents had to take by our self to other property. poor room service. i had to call them multiple times for every small thing. there was no lift available. i and my old parents had to climb to 3rd floor.

Pathetic, Horrible. While booking the photos Royal Palm is sharing is of Karma Royal Palm club. I was of the opinion that property is maintained by Karma Group.
Royal Palms have rented few rooms in this property and their service is pathetic.
I rented 1 BHK Apartment with kitchen.
There was no AC in the hall, Untensils are not cleaned. No fan regulator.
No one came for cleaning during my stay of 2 nights.

Poor hygiene: Ant and Other Insects Health and safety Issue: No Light at Door Way, Workers possessing sharp objects like Infant-Hydraulic-Micro Syringes hidden in Palm-Hands-Fingers enabled with Illicit-Ananesthetic-Clinical Drugs to Inject Customers
Safet and Security: No Lock and Door is not getting locked etc

I booked it in advance But when I went to the hotel from Mumbai with my senior citizens parents, my wife and below 5years two children, they told that due to some technical problem, they have not received the booking.They offered me an alternate stay which was far away from the market and beach. There were no restaurants, no shops, no food available around the hotels and it was impossible to walk to the beach.My family also feels that my booking decision ruined my whole vacation.

Avoid. If I’d paid under 1000r I’d accept this place but this place is tired, very poorly maintained and quite frankly not a place I would stay.
I left without staying the night and lost my money. Very poor standard.
