my experience at this hotel was the worst, first they charged us unreasonably for minor stains on their laundry upon checkout, the manager was adamant and rude in his way of talking and said we’re not a big 5star hotel this is how we function and that the whole laundry including towels, pillow cover and duvet was completely waste for them just because there were minor stains on them upon use which is bizarre. if you cannot wash your laundry don’t put your rooms up for booking bro??said we “misus ...more

everything is very nice starting from the check in to the house keeping persons ... very friendly hotel for the family..
food quality is amazing especially for the kids... we ordered Dal Khichdi for the kids which was super amazing

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked my stay weeks in advance, only to be informed a day before check-in that I would need to pay more due to a supposed price increase. This last-minute demand was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Stay was quite comfortable. Staff behaviour was excellent. Our driver could not stayed with us as there was no accommodation available for drivers in the hotel. This is a serious problem for stay in the hotel.
