    I had booked 2 nights (without breakfast & dinner). 1) No TV2) Hot water only 1 hr in morning3) Food is nice but Our booking was without breakfast & dinner for two nights4) Service is poor as there is no one at reception at night5) Property not maintained properly see pictures attached. 6) One good thing was that there was a magic show Saturday night it was really good.

    Okay for 1 night stay. Room space is very less. It is Near to khandala point view and 0.5km from matheran railway station.

    Very horrible experience Swimming pool is dirty.. Nobody goes in pool Childern play instrumens in broken and bad condition No hot water received during stay from tap Drainage water came from other bathroom to our bathroom.. No piping No room service Soap towel received on demand only Hotel is dilapidated condition Please remove this hotel I paid rs approx for 2 nightsDue to dirty condition we forget to take all snaps after all we went for enjoyment

    bakwas experience, no clean room, curtains, washroom bathroom wash basin so dirty , swimming pool was no clean, very dirty water, no room service, zhoola should be repaired it's dangerous for kids, thinking about breakfast price it's too hight than quality, pls don't book this hotel

    worst experience. i had booked Super deluxe room for 2 night for Rs, and there is no hot water, no power backup, room condition is pathetic, no room service and the behavior of owner in very rood. Pls don't recommend anyone for this worst Park View hotel.

    this hotel is one of those dreadful scenarios where people tell you to not bookthe owner was rude the room was substandard and felt like some NO Star lodge with malfunctioning AC and a cupboard to keep your belongings. The toilet was disgustingly unclean and you will think 10 times before touching those taps. I paid for the two worst nights of my life. Stay away from this filth.
