I booked an executive room with a bath tub. But the water was not found hot. I repeated a number of times but they kept saying that after using 2-3 buckets of water, the hot water shall come. In spite of giving so much money, they expected to fill a bucket of water 3 times and to spill the same. Anyway, I have done the same but the water didn't come hot. Thereafter they said that please use it in the morning as they don't know the reason. What kind of service it is. They even charged for water bottle too. No lights during entry of room with so much dark. Felt unsafe with family.

I booked this hotel for 8th July night and when i went for check in reception denied for booking and asked me 1000 extra for room up gradation Amit is hotel owner/manager and forced me to pay 1000 extra for same room. Highly unprofessional

Overall experience is good staff is very cooperative. Well cleaned and hygiene place to stay. Hot water should be available for 24 hrs but they provide only for 6 hours need improvement on this.
