booked a luxury suite and walls of the room were dampwashroom was very small ,conjusted and smelly.worst thing was breakfast - expired bread, rotten fruits, buttermilk was full of chillies to overcome sourness. overall pathetic experience

Toiletries are not appropriate
cleaning is not upto the mark
food quality in breakfast is average as per the cost they are taking.
after a long time I stayed there but this time not satisfied
bathroom doors are dirty from inside
no hot water in the wash basin
water pressure is too less in showers

Overall experience was great. But when we called for room service and breakfast at 7:30am no one answered our calls. As there mentioned breakfast service was available after 7am.

No value for money. In this price we get 4 star facilties . Old property and no modern facilties and amenities. Not worth prices I paid

location is good, all popular markets nearby, eating joints etc. Hotel need to take care of rooms more, they were ok but some chippings, beoken lamps can be fitted.
