    The best thing about this hotel is it’s cleanliness and location. The downsides are delayed services, and lack of amenities. I should atleast have a room with geyser. Also the net connectivity wasn’t good. We couldn’t watch out Netflix it was only buffering. Though the staffs are polite and co-operative. The food is not very affordable and taste is also not super amazing. Its okayish. Its a good hotel but not worth the wooping price we are paying.

    my stay experience is literally the worst. their food service was very slow. they don't know how to serve food. they don't have a proper amount of staff in their kitchen. they don't have a proper list of their food menu.

    the stay was not at all good. horrible experience from the moment we stepped in!! the behaviour of the reception and restaurant guys was most unwelcoming and rude!! they don’t want to serve us at all. infact buffet breakfast was empty and even at 8:30am they said everything is finished!! i would not recommend this hotel. the rooms are small dingy smelly full of fungus!! bathroom door gets jammed ac switches off several times and no service from any staff even after multiple phone calls!!
