worst experience here
it is not on main road snd we have to carry our luggage by ourself on very bad road
staff is very bad
they dont cooperate with your luggages

I am giving 4 star review only because of Mr. Raj and the cook otherwise I would have given a 3 star. This hotel needs active workers. Bedsheet was dirty. Food was good but very much delayed. I request the owner to keep a few active people. Not so far from main road. Its an average stay in the middle of darjeeling. If a few problems are solved then it will be a very good property. A special thanks to Mr. Raj and the cook.

Good hotel, but located some distance from mall road, near the Darjeeling railway station, hotel staffs are very helpful, food quality need to improve, they fevar only cash for payment, long stairs need to cross to retch this hotel.

The receptionist was not so humble . I booked a room with mountain view and it was not as shown . Average !
The amenities mentioned were not provided....it was raining outside and an umbrella was also not provided. Taps were leaking and pillow covers were not so clean and fresh .
Facilities were not provided as mentioned .

I cant define my experience one of the worst homestay I have ever seen. No water no geyser, no heater. don't book the hotel just by looking the photos those photos are not realistic The staff were also not cooperative

Located in a tiny lane preceded by lots of staircase away from the main road. Not good for children, senior citizens and persons having some walking problem. Otherwise average hotel in rating.

great experience. rooms were very clean. Bengali food available in affordable price.. and service was vesy nice. all staff behaviour was very good. overall very nice experience ❤️
