our stay was very pleasant at hotel pradeep. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and facilities were good. breakfast was the highlight, which was really good. they even allowed us to have late breakfast as we got late while coming back from kashi vishwanath darshan. hotel is very close to all attractions in varanasi. will definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay experience was bittersweet. Although the hotel was nice and clean, there was construction work going on and that too at early hours. I'm sure that's exception than the norm. Therefore, overall, it was pleasant.

My experience with the hotel was average.
Hotel management needs a serious training how to deal with customers. Reception managers are not very co-operative. Their sole concern is their business and not the convenience of customer. The rooms were just OK, there was seepage on the walls. There was an odour in the rooms. The bed was very old and was very uncomfortable due to lack of cushioning. Moreover, there is lack of basic amenities like electric kettle. Lift experience was horrible.
But one thing is good that the staffs of the hotel are courteous enough to help.

Average stay with decent rooms but no parking space, lift is old fashioned and not useful.
