    Very good hotel at Mall road, only thing is constraint is vehicles not allowed near to hotel because of high court area. Amenities are good. Food is not up to mark.

    I book for 2 days but left in 1 day stay as not suitable for a family stay. They gave us top floor room with smell. Reject our request to change room even all were empty. There is too much electricity problem. It's okay to stay here for bachelors, but family Don't go there.

    Location is right on mall road, however there is a steep climb involved. I suppose this can be avoided if you choose to take the mall road lift instead, in which case you will just have to deal with the steep flights of stairs at the hotel! Yes there are rooms on the 1st floor, but the view rooms are all at the top. Book the super deluxe rooms which are newly renovated. Staff is good.

    Nice Family Trip At Hotel Prashant, The Mall, Shimla .Great Location, Staff And Manager - Eeshwar Dutt Sharma Was Very Hospitable And Helpful And Made Our Stay Comfortable With His Efforts. Nice Room With Balcony With City And Mountain View, Centrally Located Hotel With Nice Amenities Like Smart Tv, Fan, Exhaust Fan, Geyser, Hot Water And Food Available.
