we stayed over the weekend @ hotel premdeep - matheran between 17 may - 19 may. the stay was comfortable, nice cozy rooms, well maintained place. the magic show was icing on the cake.

Clean, Good gardens and greenery ,playing space,overall good for family
Cons
No DJ and swimming pool where in most matheran hotels you can easily get these so somewhat boring for youngsters

location - excellent close to market
staff - professional staff
restaurant - was not operraional due yo low occupancy
breakfast - quality is good but add more option
rooms - clean and maintained.
price - little high as compared to rooms.
overall - suitable for family. rating 4 / 5

i am frequent traveller, we stayed here for 2 nights and experience was not so great. this property is in very bad shape , need severe repairs and renovations. rooms were very small and lacking hospitality standards like kettle, tea coffee bags , luggage rack, centre table , wardrobe missing . room and toilets were stinking with bad smell. there was a leakage in wc. food quality was so - so and items repeated on next day. overall our stay experience is very average and not worth per night. ideally this would cost 2000 - 2500 per night.

Very basic. Not worth the price. they don't provide drinking water in the room even at this price. Dampness in the room. Only con - decent garden with kids play area.

Excellent property for family outing specially if you have a kid around with you.
Open space for outdoor games. Room service also good. Value for each money you spent. Highly recommended for everyone whoever want to spend memorable time in Matheran. 😀👋

since last 4-5 yrs. i have been at the same property. it's well maintained and clean. every time i noticed some improvisation here and there. hassle free and peaceful place to enjoy stay. keep it up.
