    After booking and giving the booking id they will ask you to wait for 30min atleast for what reason I dont know, And even being the premier property and charging the rent per stay they ask you to pay parking charges per vehicle that it is 650+taxes/night !!! And at the pool no one will assist you or will be there for help atleast to provide water. Pool is not clean. And about TV you cant watch anything, everthing payment needed, not even basic sports cahanel!

    The location of the property is good. Had a good time in the UB City Mall. The entry and exit for the guests to the Mall are from the property’s lobby. The property’s room is decent and well maintained. The top floor swimming area was wonderful. Staffs were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had good options and the food tasted really good. If you have pre-booked Lunch/Dinner also, they have pre-set menu for this (no buffet).
