very bad experience in hotel rainbow. staff not good service. i was booking non ac room,when i reached hotel, hotel owner says non ac room not available. please pay 1500 rs and shift ac room. this scenario is very bad for my trip. please send me my money.

Amenities were not good. Services were average. Staff were average. There was no dining facility, but kitchen facility was there. There was no complimentary services. Location was nice, located on main road.
