hotel was too upto mark , washroom was too much dirty and hygiene issues too, apart from that they don't take aadhar card printout and customer or guest have to do provide Xerox copy of aadhar card too from nearest cyber cafe of that hotel , even they don't have printer to take printout of addhar card , I don't know who the hell will carry their aadhar card Xerox and they don't have printer or anything.

When I had my BPSC exam, I went to this hotel. The room was very bad, very small and dirty... the staff was not helpful... bad behavior... the rooms allotted to us had no net connectivity...... they asked us to check out before time 9 AM . i was told that my train timing is 4 PM. so we take rest at least till checkout time 12 PM. but he said to me if you are sitting in the room after 9 AM then you pay extra charge. so please don't stay in this hotel any time... sorry I don't remember to ta ...more

My experience isn't good. There was lack of services like hot water, TV, wifi, tissue paper, sealed water bottle, towel, small refrigerator. The door lock was horrible and the intercom was also not working.I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Completely worthless.

sabse kharab hotel hai.fan bhi hawa nahi deta hai ratbhar garmi se pareshaan Raha iske alawa paani, safai koi upladh nahi tha.

I had never stayed in such a worst Hotel .
1. Non AC Standard room was booked by me.
2. I was allotted Room no.-102 by Hotel Authority.
3. No ventilation was available, a very small size exhaust fan was found in the toilet which was not working.
4. Flushing system broken and not working.
5. Very non cooperative hotel staff.
6. Mosquitoes problem, due to suffocation couldn't sleep throughout the night.
Not recommended to stay for anyone.
Pure wastage of money...

Very bad hotel will request visiters to never opt for this one, they charge money but there is no amenity. Even water taps leak.
