    Right from the moment we stepped into the hotel till the moment we left, the stay was pure comfort. Narain greeted us at the reception and answered all our queries and doubts. We were upgraded to a bigger room (Junior Suite) with a wonderful balcony and an enchanting view. The dining areas (Pinxx and 360 Revolving) were large and well planned to showcase the entire hilly view.     staff shortage could be felt, but service was good.. manager could provide better room as rooms were available, they upgraded our room,but gave the smallest room. they cut fruits and warmed milk for baby, their revolving restaurant has the best view.

    Staff is incompetent and rude , half of the time nobody picked up the call even for basic things like water etc . Restraunt staff except for the chef are incompetent and pathetic . Rooms are highly overcharged , not at all recommended for future trips.

    It was a very bad experience. I was unnecessarily charged Rs -/- for the Christmas function when we were not supposed to attend the function saying that it was necessary otherwise cancel the booking and there was no vegetarian food at all in the hotel. I will not suggest to stay in hotel to anyone.

    Excellent location for Mountain view ,whole valley of Shimla can be seen from Mountain view rooms ,staffs are very co operative,food is nice , 360 degree revolvingrestaurant is one of its kind in shimla only Con is its a little far from mall road ShimlaThanks

    brekfast poor staff said bred finished not available so when they asked for money when we was not say we dont money we paid they also need to arange and give bread . room me garam pani bhi nai tha to hamne thande pani se naya hai
