Hotel is good as per the location and area in Arpora-Baga
Many Basic Amenities like Shower cap, Slippers, Bathrobe, Hair dryer etc. were not available. Mini bar was empty and Flush was not Working properly. Hotel owner should have taken care of it before our check in.

good resort with friendly staff, nice amenities and closeby to many nice restaurants. nearest beach is baga and a 10min drive

Worst
They have charged 1500 without any resoan for 9 years old child.. We have already told them we don't need any extra bed or any thing else but they were not agree… worst staff and worst hospitality…

Simple and nice resort. It's a mid-range resort. Don't expect too much as per the resort standards. As per Goa standards, as per pricing, it's worth a stay. Their staff is very friendly, compared to other Goa hotels. This hotel staff is friendly and cooperative as per their rules and regulations. Cleanly maintained. Food quality is fair. Overall it's worth staying there. Little far from Arpora junction, but still walkable.

Avarage for money. Bathroom size is very small and no lift in the garden view property food is not up to the mark it's average ,no it's below to average only.
