It was a Great experience in Rivasa Emerald with my Husband.
Staff was quite supported and the Hotel location was also very nice.

I Didn't give -ve Or Low Rating To any Hotel, But for This Hotel, I can't give More Than 2* Star Rating. Hotel Rooms Are ok and stay looks worthy but the Food was very bad. don't Add including Breakfast Rates. Lower Grade Breakfast and No one in The staff was Familiar there. U never Treated Like a hotel guest. Their Rooms Locks and key have some prob for which they will not tell u in Starting, Once If Key has some issues or is Broken then they will Tell u to Pay 1000/- Rs For Key. In 2 Days same ...more

Hotel premises and location is very good. Clean and specious room. Everyday room cleaning with complimentary water bottles. But food quality needs to be improved with more options.

rivasa emreld is one of the best hotel on Calangute beach...I suggest to tourist people please enjoy there service..and also ground staff is helpful..

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst service. Firstly Tata sky not worked then after changing box only few channels worked. I've taken meal plan but at the time of dinner they have asked to adjust in 350 pp which haven't informed earlier. While placing the order none of the items were available. For food and hospitality, worst hotel.

worst staff and service, No hot water at night time, keeps forgetting housekeeping, rude staff. Absolutely hate my stay.. I would have cancelled if I didn’t pay advance.
