it was a wonderful stay . the view from the room is just amazing . huge jehlum river from the window and tea and pakora and if it's snowing or raining then it's cherry on cake.

Locality is below average as mentioned. Hospitality is just bearable, you can just sleep in your rooms. No privacy, this is very high concern. Other guests who are visited no instructions are given to them how to treat there in hotel for the convenience of other guests & many more concerns. Foods are below average. Amenities like tooth kit, coffee/tea kits not available No extensions are there to call at reception or in kitchen area, & n number of things. If you want just to sleep rather than roads, can book this hotel.
