room condition is good, however no room service or drinking water facility.
person managing the room is usually absent....no security at all...

it was ok, as it is a guest house - it was good but not as a hotel room.
wifi was not working, tv was not working most of the time. rest all was good.
it was a good decent stay.
very near walkable distance about 200-300 meters to palolem beach .
