Went with my family for a stay and it was pretty decent. The rooms were clean we could notice some cigarette smell while entering the room which went away in sometime. The only downside is parking as the hotel is in the middle of a busy street with no proper parking for 4 wheeler and we had to park it in open.

The stay was very good. It's just a short walk from SSS Hubballi railway station. The area isn't very "friendly". The hotel is situated right above a BAR. Expect drunkards to block your way. There are plenty of restaurants around. The room was in great condition. The AC & TV worked fine. The toilet was clean and well maintained.

Room was good Bathroom was also good Surroundings are worst Photos are not matching the reality There is no parkingYou have to park at the railway station and there is no place to even stop to take your luggage out from the car It's ryt on the main road and there is lot of disturbance inside the room One can't peacefully sleep
