The room and the bathroom was very dirty. There were pan spit stains on the curtain and bathroom,ink stain on blanket. We had booked a room with separate seating yet they gave us a standard room with just bed. On showing them the booking details they only provided us extra chair and pillow, and said the hotel is fully occupied. We saw the rooms were available. I travelled with my family and two kids, and hence had booked a bigger room after seeing the website. Very disappointed with the hotel. T ...more

the hotel stated wifi in the amenities but it wasn't there.thr floor was not cleaned and the bedsheets were having holes in the it and the towel was stinking.overall not a pleasant stay

one of the worst experience you will experience here. They deny complimentary services... They don't have own kitchen and still don't allow to bring outside food. They have third party kitchen where you don't know about the hygiene. They overcharge you even on the menu card they provide. Rude behavior of the receptionist.

Our stay had been pleasant.
The staffs are very cooperative!
The only drawback is the wifi facility!
Which shall be added into the amenities!
