Room & Comfort:
The room was spacious and had a big, comfortable bed. However, while the room itself was nice, other issues affected the overall experience.
Bathroom & Cleanliness:
The bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. Some of the major issues included:
There were stains or splashes on the wall, which looked unpleasant.
The tiles were very black and appeared unclean.
The faucet (or water spray) was broken.
The towel holder was also broken, making it inconvenient to use.

It was a very bad experience, nothing in the hotel was good or clean, neither bed nor toilet nor blanket, the room was very noisy, especially the toilet was in such a bad condition that it had not been washed for months, it is a very bad hotel owner who does not care for the customers at all. No matter how much we badmouth him it is less

Room service was pretty slow, and the hotel management did not seem bothered for customer service or satisfaction.
Despite reaching the hotel at 3 pm. and the prior call, the rooms were not ready.
There were no benefits to the customer. Only positive is proximity to the Shri Vishwanath Temple. Checked out a day in advance.

hotel room was average, not that bad. But the staff was not much friendly. Here's what i had to face
1. At entry they insisted on providing my adhar card, despite giving Voter ID as proof, which is accepted as address proof every where, but after arguing they agreed on accepting Voter-Id as proof.
2. They donot allow outside food no swiggy no zomato & their food is below avg, not upto the amount paid. Also whatever menu they give majority of the items are not available at any given time. Regula ...more

Everything is fake. Building photo, service details etc.
Dirty rooms without any service. No match with pictures given.
Guest might have to wait for hours before check-in due to miss-management. Every guest was shouting on them.
Not near by Kashi vishwanath temple & ganga river. You can find a lots of hotels actually nearby Kashi vishwanath temple & ganga river in reasonable price.
