the resort itself is stunning..there are plenty of place to relax and enjoy ...our room was spacious and clean,breathing view of mountain....exceptional customer service every staff member every above and beyond to ensure we had afantastic stay,offering helpful recommendation and making sure our need were always met

Location and ambience is good but the owner has not put any efforts on maintenance, cleanliness and guest services, it's pathetic. Food is not tasty and service is also poor.
They need to focus on cleanliness and food.
Not recommended for family stay.

Worst experience: 1. Did not have regular water for bath/ brush teeth2. Denied extra towels (used the same for bath, used the same for chlorinated pool)3. Food not good, you pay around Rs. 400 for the food and you expect a proper meal, which wasnt even provided4. Even had rodents roaming around...In all, better save your money and invest in better properties to stay
