    The worst hotel I had ever seen. As you can see in photos there were insects in the food. Further, they don't provide bill/tax invoice even if you book from company side. So this hotel is not for both family/business or anything. Outside it looks good but once you get in the room you will find worst blankets, bad smell, bad food etc....

    very poor hotel and staff was using slangs and bad language. Better to stay in Dharmshala instead of this hotel. No hot water, No genrator back up.

    few years back it was a good hotel that's why I opted this hotel..but now every thing changed...only rooms are clean that is the only positive thing...service is pathetic,food not available as per our wish ... charging points are only 2. overall average hotel now...
