I booked a non AC room for one person, and it was a flexible check in but when I visited the hotel they denied d to check in early and kept me waiting until 12 noon. I inquired about this issue with customer service and they said it totally depends on the hotel, anyway the room is very small and not clean properly, all the stuff they kept in the corridor and bathroom is disgusting. If you open a window for fresh air the mosquito will take you to hell. just for transit purposes with low cost will be fine for a single person not at all for leisure.

We had booked a standard room. They didn't give us any blankets saying that it's only for the AC rooms. Up to this point, I thought blankets are the basics one could expect at a hotel room. The cupboard had an old pungent smell. The shower head was so dirty, I couldn't think of using it.

No amenities provided. Just to show off a non working Tv with some demo cable operative setup box was there. Only One plug is working among 4 . No dental kit was provided .

The most disgusting hotel I ever had to stay. Rooms were unclean, the bedding were with stains. pillows were brown (yeah someone been soaking it in saliva for months). Washrooms were not clean and least but not last no tissues at all. Totally a nightmare. Please avoid this hotel at all cost.

Rooms were Good for the price. but cleaning is poor, the Cupboards were dirty and bathroom had hair hanging from the window.
My room was changed immediately upon telling the staff. Very foor and cordial staff.
Bed is very disappointment, it is a spring mattress and it hurts.
