    I expected pool and gym. Information is incorrect, gym isn't there and pool isn't operational due to renovation work. if I would have had that idea, I would have never booked this hotel. but food and stay was okay

    Worst Staff Ever I came across.... When I was checking out one room staff misbehaved with me and hold my hand without my consent and abused when I complain on reception they were taking side of there staff and telling me that he can never do that which was very disrespectful... I will never recommend anyone and specially females because it's Unsafe for Women .... And behaviour of Reception staff and Manager was very rude and bad

    The worst ever stay and the experience at the hotel The staff was so rude that they are always in the mode of a heated argument with you On the name of bufet breakfast they will give you the paratha and the aloo ki sabji only you cant Have a GST bill with them as their receptionist Swati is so rude that you cant expact a sigle help from her

    i stayed twice at this property and the experience is been good although I feel in room dining pricing is on higher considering it's not 5 star property but taste wise food was good.

    I recently stayed at Sarovar Portico, Jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were disappointingly small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Adding to the discomfort, there was no hot water available for a bath, which was extremely frustrating, especially given the weather conditions. Service was another major letdown. Everything took an unnecessarily long time—whether it was housekeeping requests or room service, there was a significant delay. ...more

    hotel doesn't even provide dormitory for driver so if u r booking this expensive 4 star hotel. make sure to shell out 5000 more for room of your driver either in same 4 star or nearby expensive areas hotel. they don't support in anything.. third class management
