Not value for money. charging booking amount of rs. and getting no services, even water bottle is also required to be purchased for 30rs extra which are obviously expected at room as welcome gesture to the guest. AC was not working and fan got unserviceable at time of checkout. No exhaust fan available in bath cum toilet.shower was also unserviceable Stinking smell from beddings. Not at all recommended.

Really nice resort. Go for the cottages, not the huts. Our room 104 was fantastic. Don't take the room with older AC, it sometimes stops working. The room and bathroom is huge. Not the cleanest, but as clean as u can get in a 2 star. Reasonable room rates. If u are coming to Mandrem in hot weather or anytime when temperatures are above 33, Do Not take a non AC room. No electricity in the morning and in the afternoon for a long time. kids could not sleep.no electricity backup.TV AC not working. Breakfast complimentary is a jock they give only bread Butter and tea coffee. a room full of insects.The only good part of this place is location.
