1.When I entered my room , I found interphone is not working . I can not communicate to room service or reception.I waited for 3 hours and the had to move in person to reception and argued .Then they replaced the phone.I told them either change my room or replace the phone.It took more than 3 hours.
2.Dust bins were not cleared .
3.Staff behaviours were ok but laked training by the hotel.When I oedered food in the room , it came without spoons, tissue papers .They missef items which I had ordered.
5.Breakfast was good.
6.check out time should be 12 noon not 11 am.

Polite staff, good food at the restaurant, it was a good stay at hotel Shaans. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with an option for made to order omlet and dosa's. Just a suggestion, pls provide toilet papers by default and provide hand and face towels. Bed sheets needed to be replaced, one of the sheets had holes in it.

A tad disappointed with the overall experience. Was expecting more. Wasn't too happy with the food served at their restaurant either. Dishes were overpriced, the taste and the portions were mediocre at best. This'll be my first and the last.
