Don't book, they don't treat you well. They sold rooms to direct customers and serve them better. you can check photos of the super deluxe lake view rooms they offered as I booked.They didn't provided Wi-Fi password and even TV in the room was not working. And cheery on the cake , they don't bother to listen to your complaints. Even they don't let the customers to use the lift. Worst experience of my 8th Kashmir Visit. No service provided as they mentioned in the description.

just looks good from outside however tha condition within is pathetic, there is no wifi connectivity, phone is dead, flush doesn't work, tv said no reacharge in midnight and was told can be done in morning only
the washroom ventilation is within the room itself.
the experience was very bad.

there were power shortage issues. and also the door locks were not good. all it needed was a kick to open a locked door. the location of hotel was good though. right in front of dal lake.

Worst Hotel to stay in Srinagar.
In 5days of stay,almost daily I wasted 2-3hrs for wifi connectivity.
Tea orders always took minimum 2hrs to deliver.
Bed Linens were dirty.. had dust in the comforter.
The owners never bothered to listen to the complain.. always had a never care attitude.
Wasted our time and the experience in Srinagar.
