    Rooms are large. Receptionist is respectful but i was completely let down by kitchen staff not once but on many occasions. Hotel located in outer area, no restaurant available. Yet, they ran out of food supply forcing me to go out to eat. Limited menu, also no taste in food.

    I recently stayed at Shine Residency, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good sleep.

    overall experience was good but at the end of checkout time, i ordered breakfast and it takes 1:30 hours to prepare... at last i didn't have breakfast

    Good value for money but linens and towels could have been cleaner. The bedsheet wasn't covering the entire bed. However, it is a value for money. The staffs were courteous and very cooperative. No problem there.

    it is more in a industrial area. however in close proximity to tourist attractions. still i won’t recommed the place it seems more like a lodge. during my visit restaurant was under maintenance. rooms are a bit claustrophobic and not so clean i would say. only good part was the outside sitting area and staff courtesy.
