The guest house does not exist at the location where they receive bookings and payments. Instead, they booked another guest house at a different place, and we had to stay somewhere else even though we paid the full amount online. The rooms were tiny and differed from the images. We booked a family room with two separate beds, but they gave us one large bed instead, making this a horrible experience with the booking.

Very pathetic service, they have their own family residing at that place and with lots of noise. They don't have washbasin in their washrooms. Then the owner of that place arranged another place so that he will not loose money where we are still facing an issue with air conditioner where I booked 2 rooms and in place he shifted us to next hotel which is newly constructed but that's a good gesture but main struggle is with AC their AC Is not in working condition and they are installing it in the ...more

It's a good loading for a travelerI am staying thereStaffs are too good they always attend in a single call 😀Rooms attached with washroom are tide but as a price it's manageablein at a heart off the ujjain city.Staff are happy to work there...owner is also too goodGod bless all of them .My best wishes with them.

Our stay at shivlok was very good the staff is very good the hotel is near mahakal temple and other temple are also nearby. The room is good as per the price
