the only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to beach and swargadwar..the room service is poor, there is a contact number for house keeping and it is continuously comes as switched off, the hotel staff are not very polite, we were asked to take the stairs even though our clothes and feet were clean...the tv set is old and just a showpiece, no channels , remote not working, ac is old and does not have a remote , it has to be directly switched on and off which might be hazardous as might caus ...more

Hotel Room is average based on Value for money and bathroom is uncleaned. Only hotel is sea facing but rooms are not.
Check out time is inappropriate , not according to train time table. It should be mid day, i.e. at 10/11 am.
In morning when we wake up from sleep, staff of hotel knocks the room and said that we have to check out the room at 7 am Dot. It is very irritating for a sleepy person.

Size of room is very small , and bathroom is too much bad no space for bath ... Room look like 1000 Rs types, only one things is good it near sea beach

Old room given,room was not furnished well ,almirah is of no use as it is very dirty to use..No lift available for 4th floor...
Room is spacious but washroom is not maintained properly.

Service is good, room is clean, behaviour is good. But compare to the quality of the room, rate is very high. Room is closed from all sides, need to come to reception to understand the weather is sunny or raining. Ground floor room charged Rs Rs 6333/- for double accomodation for three nights.
