everything is good, but I booked resort for swimming pool but there has no water in pool.

the staff was polite and cooperative, the location is nice. but the positives end there. the place is not managed properly. cleanliness and housekeeping needs lot of improvement. e.g. the bucket in the bathroom was bocken and leaking from several places, the side table to the bed was brocken and the towels were given after several reminders.

rooms very clean but hotel few km away from city but rooms and pool are enjoyable
gardan area is also clean so you can also enjoy with your frinds and family
