The main thing is that the staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel has a big common balcony area where one can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the distant mountains and a snowy white river flowing through them. Hotel has it's kitchen so you can get food of your liking. It is at a distance of half kilometre from city centre and on the way that goes to Sonprayag. You need to climb a little distance ( a minute or two) to reach the hotel. But the staff is there to help you to carry your luggage.
