pathetic experience, the rooms are pretty normal and everything but you won't the get the service. extremely unprofessional staff. gave us all different rooms when we had booked for the premium rooms. We were told that rooms have been already booked by others. highly unprofessional.

Location of hotel was very good as places for visiting was at walking distance. Food at hotel was good but service was average and hot water was not available 24 hours due to boiler working in morning for 2-3 hours only.

My experience of this hotel was very low quality. Staff is not cooperative. Low quality food and they are not giving us a single bottle of water.

very bad experience. booked 2 rooms for family in Rs: 9400. old rooms, bathroom is not clean. water leaking in bathroom. food is extremely bad. took an hour to send the food. worst food taste in rajasthan.
this property is not recommended for family.

it was the worst experience that ever had. I went with my family. Nothing is available in washrooms & we can expect basic facilities like washrooms should be clean & buckets was very dirty. No hot water available & even lights are not working. washrooms were very dirty. breakfast was very poor & nothing much to eat. so overall experience is really very bad when you are paying this much money for one night stay. Hotel location was perfect. Enjoy fort view from rooftop.Room are big but ambiance should be improved, pillows were smelly.It has a old cupboard without hanger so no use.Bathroom is spacious but window curtains are not enough and can leads to privacy invasion. Parked car in front of hotel and found that its covered entirely on pigeon shit. Hotel staff helped to clean the car.People are smoking inside hotel rooms and that bad smoke smell is everywhere.Dirty jug and water was not clean. Atleast provide a mineral water bottle, it will not cost you fortune.
