Overall good . We booked a suite and The only issue we face is the water. While bathing the water was full of dirt and brownish in color

Spacious room, good location.

It's an Ok hotel, the money charged for it, isnt worth. Location of the property is good, almost everything is nearby.

The worst experience I had for paying 8k+ for a night. The front desk manager didn't have basic etiquette to treat the customers. Food was worse than road side stalls both in taste and preparation. The bed Lenin was like bus stand cheap pay by hour hotel.

Hospitality Shines, Amenities Could Improve
I recently spent a night in Srinagar during the winter. While the experience was positive overall, there were definite highlights and aspects that could be improved.
On the positive side:
*Exceptional Hospitality: The staff at the hotel truly impressed me. They were incredibly prompt and polite in addressing any requests I had, making me feel genuinely welcome.
*Decent Food: The meals offered were satisfactory, providing a good variety of options.

I visited hotel on 18/12/23
The hotel Solar residency could be one of the best hotel u can stay in. Surrounded by the market. Hotel staff is very co-operative and make u feel safe. The guy Mohd. Muqrif is very nice and helpful. Hotel just need to work little bit on food taste quality but still food was good. The IRD (in room dining) needs to add more food item on the menu. I will rate 4.5/5 for over all exp. Thnxx

The hotel staff is adamant, I have done a business booking , Even the Gst details were mentioned on my voucher, hotel still refused to provide a GST invoice
which is against the rule as well as Law .
would request all the travellers not to prefer this hotel , They are doing fraud & even taking gst on tariff but not provided GST invoice
