    as per budget, the amenities was not there. I can't compare this hotel with 3 star . Hotel was clean but not upto 3 star position.

    It was a great experience at Hotel SPARROW. Karan and Sanjeev as staff helped a lot. I would recommend this hotel. Go for it.

    Hairs on bedding ( zoom to see ). No table in the room , I had to eat on TV panel wood work . All good things are ruined by such minor mistakes . Remote is like a pressure exercise as Volume Key and On/ off Key hardly working

    they charged unnecessary bill of food which i did not ordered as per my orders i suppose to pay 3300 but they charged me 4504 ....on the behalf of food services at their premises....

    poor service. They gave burned bread in breakfast, when asked to give proper bread but again they provide same burned bread. They didn't provide drinking water next booked day as we have 2 days stay. At the time of check in at hotel they told that there is no booking, even though we have booked. They refused to provide drinking water which was complimentary. NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE
