    Did not even let me use their wifi1 reception staff was cooperative and helpful, the other one not so. The owner did not even want to give me access to wifi although the amenities section of this hotel clearly mentions it. They have very inflated price

    facility is good & Ac room also okay & it is near to South gate. cleanliness is okay. all are good for staying. only one thing there is no wifi & no mobile network inside room otherwise all are okay. just go for it. & there is also side view of sea beaches🏖..

    had the very worst experience in my lifetime. didn't have any kind of experience with other hotels. there was no room service and I questioned the room service receptionist and they are not ready to give a responsible answer. very irresponsible persons with such adamant characters. rooms were not clean. torn bedspreads, stained floor mats, and no fan regulators. overall worst stay. I won't choose or recommend this hotel to other Travellers.

    It was good experience with Sreekumaran Residency. from owner to manager all are having good behaviour and service was good. They were help to arrange vehicle for local sight seeing to drop Madurai too, which was cost efficiency also. Nice tie up with Hotel and Travel business. We have family with kids and 90years GrandMaa too. They treatef us like a family and each requirements were filled immediately.

    charged for water. provided only 1 litre water bottle for 3 person. if you need more water you need to buy. no free option for water. charged extra for extra mattress provided. no blankets for extra person. room was spacious and clean.
