Most unhygienic place we've ever been to. We found 3 frogs in our room and when we asked for the manager to change the room he said no. The whole room was stinking. Will never recommend or go here again

i recently stayed at sou eco camp and had an amazing experience! the location is stunning, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the eco-friendly accommodations are both comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending perfectly with the environment. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met. i loved the fresh, locally sourced meals, and the outdoor activities, like hiking and stargazing, added an extra touch of adventure. a perfect getaway for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature in a sustainable way! highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Eco Camp and regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations due to several issues:
1. The swimming pool & jacuzzi bathtub water was dirty and remained uncleaned despite my complaints to the front desk.
2. The bathroom shower in my accommodation was not functioning.
3. For a property named Eco Camp, the hot water system was inefficient, requiring the wastage of approximately three buckets of cold water before hot water was available.

the room was nice. campus was nice. the food was something I can say: the best thing here
only problem was; they provided only one soap and three water bottles on the first day. we three people stayed for three days so had to ask for water bottles to be given on 2nd and 3rd day..also had to ask for soap.
another minor issue was, bathroom window with exhaust fan didnt shut completely so a couple of frogs entered our bathroom in the night 😏

eco camp has following pros:
good location
well developed resort
spacious rooms
clean swimming pool
free kayaking
resort has floowing cons:
lock of main door was jammed and needed multiple attempts to open every time i tried to open it
tv remote were non-functional
telephone not working
shower in bathroom not working however it was repaired
wifi was very slow
overall 3 stars from my side
these small comforts matter a lot to make resort stay enjoyable

staff behaviour was not good, they were rude.
only 1 waiter at restaurant ,very much chaos due to lack of staff

Superb big lake view rooms, free activities like kayaking, jacuzzi, waterfall, swimming pool for adults and kids before 5.30 pm, down to earth staff, music during breakfast and dinner by singer, food at room service before 10 pm etc
I would have given 5 star if food would have been served hot during breakfast without telling.
Kayaking, Jacuzzi, waterfall, swimming pool, rooms.

experience was nice. room were spacious and well maintained. property offers multiple complimentary sporting activities like kayaking, jacuzzi, swimming pool. also there have an artificial waterfall **** swimming pool which is really good and fun. the lake and bridges over the same offers a solace and comfortable stay. overall will recommend this property highly to all

leaking water from AC inside room.
Repeated follow ups and calls required for room service
buffet system for lunch and breakfast is very slow and takes hours for refilling.
rooms are quite big and location and surrounding area is good.
