the stay was really value for money. ac and hot water was there all time. clean rooms as well. very near to the town, nisargagadha tourist center and golden temple. however madikeri is 30-40 mins away from this location

had a very great experience, room was neat and clean, the place is very much close to bus station and some. of the tourist places too, caretaker was very responsive, it's highly worthy for the amount we had paid, would recommend for future stay

when we arrived no one was there in the reception we had to wait for some 20 mins and the room had hair everywhere in the drawers ,floor ,quilt ,bed everywhere, apart from that everything was good.
