    Executive room was good. Staff was very cooperative. Breakfast was ok. we stayed there for one night. Pure veg restaurant is available nearby.

    Service need to improve. Miscommunication observed between reception & room service/Dining assistance desk. You can hear lobby music inside room which is irritating. Workers on 5th floor are careless since every day they drag tables & chairs at around 11:00 PM & all that dragging noise you can hear inside your room on 4th floor which is very very irritating & due to which couldn't sleep properly.     Staff and service is very good. Maybe only hygiene needs some improvement since I spotted a couple of tiny cockroaches in the room. Food is also absolutely fab! And the staff are kind and supportive when you need help.
