Pls put complete details like, No parking avilabe at hotel, found cocroch /insects on bed, door lock was not properly fixed. Only advantage is close to temple rest need to checked before conforming the booking.
Note- pls mention if u are travelling with family also carry Identity proof for all the members above 18 yrs.

location is good. we reached around 5:30 am in the morning and did not get thw room till 12:00 pm. though they have provided waiting room area and asked us to take bath and freshen up their only. Bathroom was so bad that it was difficult to freshenup. Around 12:00 we checked in and found out there is no TV in our room. there were ants on the bed which made our stay uncomfirtable. Also room washroom was not at all up to the mark. so small. they havn't provided towels and soaps and water bottle. Apart from location - nothing was good.

No room cleanliness, no water bottles are provided.
No TV in room, though it showed during the booking. AC remote is also not working even after discussing with the receptionist.
Only one thing is positive, that it is near the temple.
You cannot park your vehicle near to this hotel, and instead you need to park it in the Paid parking facilities available in front of the Temple.

guys never book this hotel. and had to find another hotel early morning because they don't have rooms as shown while booking. they keep only TV hanging on wall without any cable. also dirty washrooms. they keep yellow deem light in washrooms to hide yellow surface of washrooms. It was pathetic experience for me with family. I have asked to refund my money but there is no response also. Without booking just go there directly and see reality.

good: staff were polite, the hotel is near the temple. bad: everything else; the road to the hotel was congested, room was allotted in the 4th floor but lift was available till 3rd floor, the room lock/handle was partially broken, the blanket seemed unclean, commode was leaking, the water pressure was inadequate, no toiletries, no provision of hot drinking water, no tv, no wardrobe or shelf, room was not cleaned everyday.

The rooms were quite dirty. Not at all worth 10.5k for the 2 rooms.
Also there were no other facilities provided such as hand wash, toiletries, towels. On asking whether towels are available, then they gave us the towels. Hot waters was available upto 12 noon only that too during the winter season.
The only positive was that the property was located very much near the somnath temple.

Hotel Swagat is conveniently located just opposite Somnath Temple, offering a stunning view of the temple right from the hotel window. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms and friendly service. The only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the cleanliness, which would make it a perfect stay.
