Breakfast buffet spread is amazing. The staff are courteous.
The property is safe, well maintained and convenient. The complimentary temple shuttle 24*7 and the travel desk to take short trips ensuring safety and security was the highlight for me.

Had a amzing experience with them.Hospitality at the best..Clean and hygienic rooms,Courteous staff,amazing food and best is the free shuttle service to temple.Rooms are cosy and spacious.Had a super deluxe room and two days were divine.I would strongly recommend it to everyone especially families and couples.Front desk staff Mr Prasad is very helpful.Value for money stay.

I had a really bad experience in this hotel. They are claiming to be a 4 star property but really bad service and rooms. I stayed there for a night and room's air conditioner smell was unbearable. It smelt like public washroom. Had to switch off the ac and sleep without ac due to this pathetic condition. Washroom was dirty, dustbin won't open and bedsheets were not clean. Please don't stay in this property

The hotel rooms had cracks in it which was not acceptable especially since I paid for a premium room ( High End Room ). Other than that the staff was really nice and courteous and showed me other premium rooms as well but these cracks were literally in all their premium rooms. You should pay a bit extra and go to other hotel if you are crazy about cleanliness.

I stayed there for one night and I could say I had mixed reviews. Rooms were specious and bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Basic amenities were provided.
Buffer spread was good just one thing I would like to request please add maharashtrian menu at least poha, vada or misal pav. Every menu was south indian food which we don't like much.

Best hotel to stay in Shirdi. Clean and hygiene rooms. Staff are very polite and cooperative. Pick up and dropping service to Baba Temle is provided by the hotel as complimentary is a great facility.
Food is very tasty.
Overall it's a great value for your money.
