    worst service for such an expensive hotel. We asked for water bottles after it got over. But even after requesting them for the 3rd time for water we just got promises but no service. I would request all just don't go with looks n facilities included in the package as those facilities turn out totally different when u check in. There are much better hotels than this with a cheaper rate n better service

    My experience at the hotel was very good and the location of the hotel was also very good. The staff present at the reception was very nice and polite. We had breakfast there and it was very good and fresh in taste. The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff of the hotel were also good, they take care of all the small things very minutely, the hotel was also very good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Bad service. AC is not working. Refrigerator is working like microwave. If you put water, it becomes boiling hot. Lights are flickering. Staff is deaf. Despite asking for fixing the issues, no action is being taken.

    Hotel is good but early checkin facilities not available .1. We have booked super deluxe room but they provide normal room 2. ⁠the pics of room shown at the time of booking is super deluxe room with king size bed but they provide us 2 single beds joined together . Which cause my back ache problem . 3. ⁠when i ask to show me executive room staff deny 4. ⁠no welcome drink served 5. ⁠i took spa service which is very pathetic , room was very dirty no arrangement for shower after spa ,no towels available.
