I paid extra for the breakfast, however they DID NOT deliver/offer the breakfast by the time I was leaving in the morning. I had requested to the manager to arrange for the breakfast before I leave. However they completely and knowingly ignored my request. Very poor customer service..!!! At least they should refund me for that, to be fair..!!

the stay was very comfortable and the rooms were neat and tidy. the morning breakfast in specific was not a buffet as in usual cases but the breakfast was served in the room itself and was good in quantity and of good quality and fulfilling.

LOCATION OF HOTEL IS REALLY GOOD. ROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN, THE KITCHEN ESSENTIALS PROVIDED IN THE STUDIO CATEGORY ROOM ARE GOOD. BUT EXPECTED TO HAVE A BIT BIGGER SIZE ROOM WITH A PROPER WINDOW-BALCONY VIEW. ROOM SERVICE - STAFF AND THE RECEPTION ARE POLITE - REALLY LIKED THE GOOD BEHAVIOR, BUT VERY LIMITED FOOD OPTIONS IN HOUSE MEAL PROVIDED., ALTHOUGH ONLINE FOOD ORDERING IS VERY COMFORTABLE TO THE HOTEL STAFF.
LASTLY FOR SURE, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS AND WE TOO WILL LOVE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Pros : Good hotel in 150 Feet area, Nice Ambience, good rooms
Cons : Staff is Little Rude and Ruthless .. but that's Rajkot.
